The swimming around Galaxidi is in the coves either side of the town rather than on one long stretch of sand.
The organised beaches
Ocean Drive and Kalafatis are the two with facilities, so they are the easiest if you want somewhere to sit and something to drink.
The quiet ones
There are free beaches too, without sunbeds or bars, for anyone who would rather find a spot among the pines and have it largely to themselves.
Ask at reception which are worth the walk on the day. It changes with the wind.
